Cashew Large Pieces (LP)

Large pieces for chocolate inclusions and toppings — the industry's volume grade.

Cashew Large Pieces (LP) come from kernels that break naturally during shelling and peeling. They are sieved to size, graded to AFI and packed exactly like wholes — the same flavour at a lower cost wherever shape doesn't matter.
